Job summary

Huddle Up is hiring a virtual School Psychologist licensed in New Mexico for the 26/27 school year. You’ll deliver psychological assessments and psychotherapy to school-based children nationwide using our platform, with support from clinical mentors and a collaborative team.

Responsibilities include documentation, IEP participation, case coordination, and progress reporting, all while working remotely with a flexible schedule. Laptop access is required, and licensing in NM is essential.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted School Psychologist license in your state of residence, in good standing
• NCSP: Current Nationally Certified School Psychologist or license in New Mexico
• Full-time resident of the United States
• Experience with school aged pediatric population
• Experience conducting virtual sessions
• Comfort with using various technologies
• Follow documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes
• Participate in IEP and team meetings, serve as a case manager or process coordinator
• Prepare progress reports and Medicaid billing if necessary
• Access to a laptop (not Chromebook) to conduct sessions virtually

Responsibilities

• Grow and invest in your skills by delivering psychological assessment and psychotherapy services to school-based children nationwide
• Collaborate with school instructors and clinical mentors to deliver high-quality services
• Complete documentation and participate in IEP and team meetings as requested
• Develop your skills within a supportive team-based environment
• Provide virtual evaluations to a diverse population of school-aged children
