Job summary

Huddle Up is hiring licensed clinical social workers (LCSW) for virtual work with Alaska students for the 26/27 year. This W2 role offers a flexible schedule, direct and indirect compensation, and access to comprehensive benefits.

You will deliver mental health psychotherapy to school-based children nationwide using proprietary tools and telehealth platforms, participate in IEPs, and collaborate with clinical mentors to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in your state of residence, and Alaska in good standing.
• Experience delivering telehealth psychotherapy services.
• Comfort with using technology and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver mental health psychotherapy services to school-based children nationwide via telehealth and on-site tools.
• Complete documentation and participate in IEP and team meetings; act as case manager or process coordinator.
• Develop skills within a supportive, team-based environment and provide services to diverse student populations.
