Job summary

MIYO Health seeks a fully remote School Psychologist to support a Colorado district for the 2026-2027 year. The role focuses on psychoeducational evaluations and eligibility processes across the district on a part-time, independent contractor basis.

Responsibilities include conducting cognitive, academic, behavioral and social-emotional assessments, preparing reports, and participating in virtual eligibility meetings with district staff and families.

Qualifications

• Master's, Specialist, or Doctoral degree in School Psychology from an accredited program.
• Active Colorado Department of Education School Psychologist Authorization required prior to start or willingness to obtain licensure before beginning services.
• Experience conducting psychoeducational evaluations in K-12 school settings.
• Strong report writing and case management skills.
• Ability to independently manage assessment timelines in a remote environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet and appropriate technology for virtual service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychoeducational evaluations for students referred for special education services.
• Complete cognitive, academic, behavioral, social-emotional, and adaptive assessments as appropriate.
• Prepare clear, compliant evaluation reports and documentation.
• Participate in virtual eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with district staff, special education teams, and families to support student needs and educational planning.
• Ensure evaluations and reports comply with IDEA, Colorado Department of Education requirements, and district timelines.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in district-approved systems.
