Stride, Inc. is seeking a School Counselor for The Keystone School in a fully remote capacity. You will support students with college and career planning and provide counseling to promote academic and social-emotional development.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3 years of counseling experience, and a valid School Counselor License. A Master’s in school counseling is preferred. Expect a 40+ hour work week and up to 20% travel for professional development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required and 3 years of counseling/advisement experience.
• School Counselor License required.
• Ability to clear required background check.

Responsibilities

• Plan for postsecondary options and college/career readiness.
• Deliver counseling services and data-driven interventions.
• Review transcripts and plan four-year graduation pathway.
• Collaborate with teachers to audit schedules and classes.
• Travel up to 20% for professional development and assessments.
