Job summary

Imagine Learning seeks a Speech Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat school‑aged students virtually in accordance with IDEA and state regulations. The role applies evidence‑based speech programs, develops treatment plans, schedules therapy sessions, and ensures customer satisfaction.

The U.S.-based remote position offers base pay between $31.72 and $55.00 per hour, with incentives/bonuses based on performance. A robust benefits package and flexible work options accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in communication disorders or SLP and at least 1 year of educational setting experience.
• SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• ASHA CCC completion (preferred).
• Experience with IEP meetings and educational eligibility determinations.
• Teletherapy experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and diagnose speech and language deficits virtually.
• Develop and implement virtual treatment programs.
• Collaborate with parents, school personnel, and students on results and treatment approaches.
• Establish expectations and goals with school and parents.
• Document and report for all students promptly.
• Maintain compliance timelines from IEP meetings.
• Maintain professional relationships with teachers and related service providers.
• Respond to data requests from parents, schools, and company within 24 hours.
• Ensure FERPA confidentiality and data security.
• Other duties as required.
