Job summary

HelloHero is seeking a Virtual Speech-Language Pathologist to support remote, school-based services for students across K–12. You will coordinate with school teams, complete documentation, and participate in IEP meetings and family communications.

Work during standard school hours with flexible scheduling and compensation of $60–$66 per hour. Independent contractor (1099) or W2 options available; Washington license and CCC-SLP preferred, with onboarding and ongoing support.

Qualifications

• Active Washington license required.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• Washington ESA Speech Certificate required.
• Experience with IEPs and school-based collaboration (1 year minimum).
• Comfortable using online platforms and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech-language services aligned with IEPs.
• Conduct assessments and implement interventions.
• Develop goals and track student progress.
• Complete documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP meetings and team collaboration.
• Communicate with school staff, families, and stakeholders.
