Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active Alabama SLP license required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Virtual therapy and IEP documentation experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual evaluations, assessments, and speech-language therapy sessions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and IEP teams to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring in accordance with district and state requirements.
• Use district-approved teletherapy platforms and IEP systems for service delivery and documentation.
