Job summary

Fullmind offers a fully remote 1099 contract role for Speech-Language Pathologists to deliver teletherapy to students in U.S. schools. You will evaluate language development, set IEP-based goals, and implement tailored treatment plans while collaborating with school staff.

Licensure requirements include an active Minnesota SLP license and PELSB license (or reciprocity). Hours are flexible with school calendar placements for 2026-27.

Qualifications

• Active SLP license from Minnesota MDH required or willingness to pursue reciprocity.
• Experience delivering speech-language pathology via telehealth in school/IEP settings.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality speech and language instruction via Teletherapy.
• Evaluate students and translate findings into actionable IEP goals.
• Design and carry out individualized treatment plans per IEP.
• Document sessions and track progress toward IEP goals with FERPA-compliant systems.
• Collaborate with teachers, case managers, and administrators on student progress.
