Responsibilities

• Deliver occupational therapy services to school-based children via telehealth and in-person sessions as needed
• Complete documentation, IEP participation, and team meetings; act as case manager or process coordinator
• Follow documentation guidelines for evaluation reports and daily SOAP notes; prepare progress reports
• Access a laptop and use proprietary tools to support clinical care and collaboration with staff
