Aston Carter is seeking a hybrid, permanent Scheduler/Appointment Coordinator in Aurora, IL. You will manage inbound calls, schedule appointments, and create Oracle entries, ensuring accurate contact details and adherence to SLAs.

The role emphasizes timely follow-ups and collaboration with onshore schedulers to enhance customer experience. The position operates weekdays with some work-from-home options, and occasional overtime during peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of high-volume scheduling or dispatch experience.
• Proficiency in customer service, schedule planning and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with scheduling coordination and inbound call management.
• HS Diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls from customers or technicians regarding appointments.
• Call customers to schedule appointments for the IHT team based on claims from the contact center.
• Create appointments in Oracle and assign them to technicians considering territories, skillsets, and availability.
• Confirm customer service addresses, phone numbers, and gather details for successful appointment completion.
• Contact customers within one hour of claim creation and assign tasks to 3rd party contractors if SLAs cannot be met or if outside IHT scope.
