What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support sales targets by contacting prospective clients to book appointments with hearing care professionals
- Identify client needs and new sales opportunities, introduce promotions, and schedule hearing care appointments
- Meet and exceed daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while ensuring high-quality interactions
- Participate in team meetings to share feedback and improve sales skills
- Maintain a high-volume calling plan and update client information in the appointment system (CRM)

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in inside sales or high-volume appointment scheduling
- Experience in the health industry is considered an asset
- Ability to empathize and lead conversations to secure bookings with clients experiencing hearing loss
- Strong motivation and goal-driven approach to exceed KPIs
- Prior experience with CRM systems and willingness to learn new software

- Demonstrable bilingualism in English and French

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including some Saturday coverage as required
