What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Schedule and optimize service work to ensure all customer commitments are met
  • Utilize an AI Scheduling Platform (SEDU) for technician schedules and daily activity updates
  • Communicate and resolve issues with customers and personnel regarding service repair work scheduling
  • Measure branch activity and compliance with program initiatives, identifying areas for improvement
  • Monitor technician activity and schedules, ensuring customer commitments are upheld

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Expert communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in coordinating/scheduling within a service-related industry
  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience working in a fast-paced work environment or in a JCI District Office
  • Excellent written and communication skills
  • Familiarity with Oracle systems
  • Product knowledge of life safety (Fire Alarm & Sprinkler) equipment preferred
