Albertelli Law (ALAW) in Columbia, SC, seeks an experienced Attorney to support its South Carolina practice group handling a high-volume creditors’ rights and real estate litigation caseload. You will draft pleadings, conduct legal research, manage discovery, and assist with motions and case progression from inception through resolution, while collaborating with attorneys, clients, and internal teams.

Candidates must be SC Bar member with 5 years’ experience, strong writing and communication

Qualifications

• Requires SC Bar in good standing.
• 5 years in real estate, civil litigation, or creditors’ rights.
• Proactive use of case management and reporting software.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume creditors’ rights and real estate litigation caseload.
• Draft pleadings and conduct legal research.
• Manage discovery and assist with motions and case progression.
• Appear in court as required and travel as needed.
