Qualifications

• 4+ years of DoD end-to-end SATCOM systems engineering and architecture design or integration for DISN/SATCOM facilities
• 4+ years of DoD system lifecycle activities (acquisition, requirements analysis, engineering, design, integration, sustainment)
• 4+ years of experience assessing satellite communications system architectures and choosing new concepts
• 4+ years of leading engineering tasks for SATCOM systems with multiple components
• 4+ years of planning, organizing, and conducting technical design, testing, fielding, and sustainment

Responsibilities

• Lead systems engineering efforts to deliver enterprise SATCOM capabilities.
• Shape future SATCOM systems and evolve them with advanced technology.
• Coordinate and consolidate disparate design efforts for an enterprise SATCOM system, optimizing cost, schedule, and performance.
• Develop and deliver engineering documentation and security-compliant designs for DoD environments.
• Collaborate across acquisition, engineering, sustainment, operations, and management lifecycle.
