Job summary

Revolution Prep is hiring a Full-Time Professional Online Tutor to support SAT/ACT and academic tutoring remotely. Starting pay is $25/hr with paid training and benefits, and this is a W-2 full-time role.

The role emphasizes using an in-house curriculum, meeting a consistent schedule (including evenings/weekends), ongoing professional development, and collaboration with Faculty Leaders to help students succeed from home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of professional teaching or tutoring experience.
• SAT/ACT tutoring or test-preparation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead online tutoring sessions using the company curriculum.
• Help students understand concepts and develop learning strategies.
• Prepare for sessions using company-provided materials.
• Communicate with students and families about progress.
• Build supportive relationships to motivate students.
• Participate in paid training and ongoing professional development.
• Collaborate with Faculty Leaders and tutors to improve teaching.
