Job summary

GAF is seeking an SAP Vistex Lead to bridge business operations and IT architecture. You will drive end-to-end Vistex implementations, translate pricing strategies into scalable SAP designs, and manage cross-functional teams across SD/OTC, MM/P2P, and FI/CO.

You will oversee project governance, requirements gathering, and testing, ensuring robust solutions while leading offshore and onshore teams to successful deployments. Travel up to 60% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience with a primary focus on SAP Vistex.
• Deep expertise in IP (Incentive & Payables), Chargebacks, Rebates, Claims, Agreements, and Data Maintenance Pricing (DMP).
• Strong working knowledge of OTC, SD pricing, MM, Master Data (BP/Customer/Vendor), and FI/CO settlement workflows.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA (e.g., V4 release) and SAP ECC.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on Vistex configuration and design for IP modules (Chargebacks, Billbacks, Sales Rebates, Purchasing Rebates, Royalties, Vendor Agreements).
• Oversee S/4HANA/ECC integration with SD/OTC, MM/P2P, and FI/CO.
• Manage onshore/offshore teams through full lifecycle deployments and ensure quality through QA, UAT, and cutover activities.
• Guide Agile/Scrum or Waterfall project methodologies in delivery and governance.
