Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience.
• Minimum 2 years as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large SAP transformational project in a global delivery model.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Employee Central/Time.
• SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Time certification.
• SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Coordinate the implementation of solutions, ensuring alignment with project goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Support change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies.
• Leverage deep functional and industry expertise to provide valuable insights throughout project phases.
• Travel may be required for this role; the amount of travel will vary by client needs.
