Job summary

Motion Recruitment is seeking an experienced SAP Analytics and Planning expert to design, implement, and govern enterprise planning and reporting solutions across SAC, BPC, and Datasphere. The role emphasizes data modeling, data reconciliation, and scalable FP&A workflows.

You will partner with stakeholders to deliver robust planning capabilities, integrations, and enterprise reporting within a complex SAP landscape, with remote US-based work hours and enterprise-scale expectations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with SAP Planning tools such as SAP BPC.
• 5+ years with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• 10+ years analytical modeling using SAP HANA Live, SAP Datasphere, and SAC.
• 5+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analytics.
• Experience developing Financial Statements and formatting financial reports.
• Experience with FX Impact calculations, Price-Volume-Mix (PVM) analysis, and hierarchy management.
• Strong SAC development experience, including Data Actions, Advanced scripting in Optimized Mode, ETL development using SAP HANA Live, SAP Datasphere, and SAC.
• Experience with SAP ECC data structures and data reconciliation across BPC, SAC, and Datasphere.
• Experience supporting system integrations and enterprise reporting solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and develop system specifications that align with business process requirements.
• Plan, configure, and support system implementations and enhancements.
• Develop and maintain SAP Analytics and Planning solutions.
• Document, test, troubleshoot, and optimize system functionality.
• Analyze and reconcile data across SAP BPC, SAC, and Datasphere environments.
• Evaluate application integrations, infrastructure requirements, and system performance.
• Ensure compliance with software standards and enterprise architecture guidelines.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver effective solutions.
