EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking an SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Solution Architect to lead business and technology transformation initiatives in Spain via remote work.

You will define target architecture, run Fit-to-Standard workshops, drive standardization of processes, and enable upgrade-safe extensibility with SAP BTP and SAP Activate. Collaborating with executives and stakeholders, you will define governance models, transformation roadmaps, and integrated architectures that align with SAP best

Qualifications

• Extensive experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
• Strong expertise with SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard facilitation.
• Proficiency in SAP Best Practices, Clean Core strategy and central configuration.
• Deep understanding of enterprise architecture and integration patterns.
• Knowledge of SAP BTP extension models and API-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud target architecture and transformation strategy.
• Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops and drive standardization of processes.
• Develop Clean Core adoption strategy with upgrade-safe extensibility.
• Design integration principles and side-by-side extension architecture using SAP BTP.
• Define governance frameworks for upgrades, extensibility and innovation enablement.
• Support transformation initiatives and roadmap definition.
• Lead SAP Activate implementation approach for Public Cloud projects.
