Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking a Program Manager to lead SAP enterprise initiatives in a regulated pharmaceutical environment, focusing on planning, execution, and delivery of complex cross-functional programs.

Primarily remote with potential client site visits, the role requires strong leadership and communication to drive change management, governance, and timely delivery across global teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or Life Sciences required.
• 10+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device industry, with at least 5+ years managing large-scale SAP projects including S/4HANA transformations.
• Experience with cGMP/FDA-regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end SAP implementations, upgrades, and transformations.
• Establish governance, manage budgets, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate with business leaders, IT teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with pharma regulations, validation, and quality standards.
• Support organizational change management and user adoption.
