Job summary

Illinois Tool Works Inc. is seeking a Regional SAP Lead for MM/IM/EWM to own end-to-end SAP processes in an automotive supplier environment.

You will deploy and evolve the Procure-to-Pay, Inventory Management, and Warehouse Execution template across divisions and sites, ensuring alignment with the S/4HANA standard while addressing division-specific needs. You will collaborate with plant leadership to streamline processes, support change management, and mentor local teams to build strong SAP

Qualifications

• 10+ years of hands-on SAP MM/WM experience, including at least 1–2 full SAP S/4HANA implementations within the automotive supplier industry.
• Deep expertise in MM, IM, and EWM (embedded EWM in S/4HANA preferred) within automotive supply chain and logistics contexts.
• Strong understanding of automotive supplier operations.
• Experience with purchasing, inventory movements and valuation, physical inventory/cycle counting, warehouse structure design, handling units, and RF/mobile execution.
• Track record in SAP transformation projects including fit-to-standard/blueprint, configuration, data migration, testing, cutover, user training, and go-live.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end MM/IM/EWM processes for procurement, inventory management, and warehouse execution.
• Lead fit-to-template workshops and confirm standard applicability across divisions.
• Design warehouse structures and EWM processes (inbound, putaway, picking, staging, outbound, RF).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to balance standard templates with local needs.
• Guide transfer of knowledge and governance for template changes.
