Illinois Tool Works Inc. (ITW) is a global diversified manufacturing company driving SAP S/4HANA rollout in North America. You will lead end-to-end MM/IM/EWM processes for procurement, inventory management, and warehouse execution in an automotive supplier setting.

You will own the template long-term, run fit-to-template workshops, design EWM structures, and coordinate with plant leadership to balance standardization with local needs. Remote role with travel during key project phases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years hands-on SAP MM/WM in automotive supply chain
• 1–2 full SAP S/4HANA implementations
• Experience with purchasing, inventory movements, and RF/mobile execution

Responsibilities

• Own MM/IM/EWM template evolution for multiple rollouts
• Lead fit-to-template workshops for new divisions
• Design warehouse structures and processes in EWM
• Collaborate with plant leadership to align processes with the S/4HANA template
• Govern template changes with standardization in mind
• Coordinate data validation and testing activities
• Plan and execute MM/IM/EWM cutover and go-live
• Train key users and provide post-go-live support
• Mentor support teams to build SAP capability
• Provide second-level support for MM/IM/EWM
