Job summary

SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. in PAN India/remote is seeking an experienced LDC Solution Design Manager specializing in Manufacturing Execution to design and implement SAP S/4HANA-based MES processes for pharmaceutical manufacturing.

You will lead cross-functional teams, drive fit-gap workshops, and ensure regulatory compliance (GxP). Collaboration with global process owners and country representatives is essential for successful delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in MES, production planning or related field.
• Hands-on SAP PP-PI and MES integration with SAP EWM.
• Experience in pharmaceutical production (drug substance or packaging).
• Strong knowledge of SAP and manufacturing execution processes.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement SAP S/4HANA MES processes across functions.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Lead fit-gap workshops, identify integration points, estimate effort.
• Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery with quality and regulatory compliance.
• Peer-review designs and secure formal approvals.
• Oversee testing and ensure security and FDA/GxP alignment.
• Promote standardized design practices and minimize unnecessary customization.
• Engage with global process owners and country reps for feedback.
• Deliver workshops and training for stakeholders.
