Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP troubleshooting, configuration, and support.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of SAP support analysts.
• Oversee day-to-day operations ensuring timely resolution of incidents.
• Act as an escalation point for complex SAP issues.

Skills

SAP support or managed services experience

SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, HCM)

SAP troubleshooting and configuration

Excellent communication skills

Familiarity with cloud platforms

Service management tools like FreshService and ServiceNow

At least one SAP certification

ITIL processes

Education
