Job summary
Infosys is seeking a Package Principal for the SURE unit in the United States to drive SAP ISU-based ERP initiatives. You will translate complex business needs into technical ERP requirements, guide architecture, and lead custom solution development while ensuring integration, data migration, and compliance with security standards.
The role requires strong client engagement and collaboration with offshore teams.
Qualifications
- Experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs in at least one ISU module.
- Experience in Electricity/Water/Gas Utilities; North America experience preferred.
- End-to-end lifecycle experience: requirements, design, SAP configuration, testing, issue resolution.
- US work authorization; relocation/travel may be required.
Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into technical requirements for ERP design and functionality.
- Provide expert ERP architecture guidance for scalability and performance.
- Lead development of custom ERP solutions and ensure best practices.
- Oversee ERP integration, data migration, and validation.
- Drive performance improvements and ensure regulatory and security compliance.
- Document ERP customizations and enable knowledge transfer.
