Job summary

VertexOne is seeking a mid-level SAP IS-U FI-CA Functional Consultant II to support, configure, and enhance FI-CA solutions for utilities clients across North America. You will analyze requirements, troubleshoot production issues, and support billing-to-cash processes throughout the meter-to-cash lifecycle.

You will collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams, ensuring reliable operation, documentation, and ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years SAP IS-U FI-CA functional experience.
• Hands-on FI-CA configuration experience.
• Experience supporting FI-CA processes: payments, dunning, collections, refunds, deposits, installments.

Responsibilities

• Gather, document, and analyze requirements for FI-CA enhancements and projects.
• Configure and support SAP IS-U FI-CA functionality.
• Participate in enhancement delivery from requirements to deployment.
• Troubleshoot FI-CA issues to minimize business disruption.
• Create functional specs and coordinate with developers.
