Remote role for US-based candidates with 8–10 years in SAP ABAP, IS-U Billing/FICA, and CRM integrations; strong debugging skills and production support in high-volume environments are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in SAP IS-U (Billing / FICA / Meter-to-Cash)
• Hands-on ABAP development (Enhancements, BADIs, IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs)
• Experience in US Utilities domain
• Exposure to SAP CRM (Customer Service / integrations)
• 8–10 years of experience in relevant roles

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support solutions across SAP IS-U and SAP CRM
• Work on Billing, Invoicing, FICA, Customer Master Data, and Device Management
• Build and support IS-U CRM integrations
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in high-volume environments
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions
