Job summary

VSG Business Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced SAP FTP Lead to own the Forecast-to-Produce process in SAP. You will oversee planning, manufacturing execution, MRP, production orders, routing and BOM integration, production scheduling, and cross-functional interfaces with QTI, EWM, PTP, RTR, MDG and Engineering systems.

This is a high-demand, hands-on role requiring 10+ years of SAP experience, strong business communication, and the ability to lead design requirements and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 7+ years SAP PP/QM or manufacturing functional experience.
• Hands-on with production orders, MRP, BOMs, routings, and QM processes.
• Strong business-facing communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Own FTP process and lead SAP planning and production execution issues.
• Partner with Operations, Production Planning, Engineering, Supply Chain, and stakeholders to identify gaps and resolve them.
• Drive standardization, adoption, and stabilization across current plants and future rollouts.
