Job summary

INDUS Technology, Inc. is seeking a Tier 1 Navy ERP/SAP Functional Consultant – Funds Management (FM) to sustain and enhance SAP FM in support of NIWC LANT.

Located in Charleston, SC with remote options and ~25% travel, you will work with government stakeholders and technical teams to ensure SAP alignment with Navy ERP requirements and best practices. You will provide production support, guide end users, and maintain documentation while collaborating across teams to sustain day-to-day SAP FM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
• 7+ years of SAP ERP functional support experience in production or sustainment.
• Active secret clearance required.
• Experience with SAP ERP Funds Management (FM) including budget execution, fund control, and availability checks.
• Experience supporting SAP FM end users, troubleshooting issues, and guiding functionality.
• Experience with SAP support queues, ticketing processes, or similar environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Tier 1 functional support to NIWC LANT business office users in the SAP FM environment.
• Perform sustainment activities including queues, QCIs, release management, and operational support tasks.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve SAP FM production issues.
• Provide direct assistance to end users with SAP FM transactions and processes.
• Research and resolve user-reported issues promptly and document findings.
• Identify root causes and coordinate with support teams for escalations.
• Gather information from users to determine actions and outcomes.
• Maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and user guides.
• Deliver end-user training and knowledge transfer as needed.
• Collaborate with government customers, business users, and technical teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure activities align with N-ERP standards and SAP best practices.
• Assist with bid and proposal support when requested.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
