Job summary

Clarkston Consulting is seeking an SAP FICO Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize SAP FICO solutions for life sciences, consumer products, and retail clients. You will lead teams, capture requirements, and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.

Travel 30-50% is typical; consultants often work from home when not on client sites. A 4-year degree is required, with extensive SAP FICO experience and leadership. Relocation is not required.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of experience in SAP FICO with at least three full-life cycle implementations.
• Expertise in SAP solution design and development.
• Strong knowledge of Finance business processes.
• Team-lead experience and client-facing capabilities.
• Ability to engage in scoping engagements and develop proposals.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions across client projects.
• Facilitate business process reviews and document end-to-end requirements.
• Configure SAP FICO modules to meet client needs and integrate with other modules.
• Identify opportunities to enhance clients’ competitive advantage using industry best practices.
• Guide consultants and client personnel through SAP FICO implementations.
• Lead design sessions to create solution requirements and develop reports.
• Provide technical support and conduct client trainings as required.
• Assist with scoping engagements and developing proposals.
