Job summary

Clarkston Consulting seeks an SAP FICO Solution Architect to lead design, architecture, and deployment of SAP FICO solutions for life sciences, consumer products, and retail clients. Travel 30–50% and remote work from home office when not on client sites.

You will guide teams, conduct process reviews, and develop client-specific configurations, reports, and training, with a strong emphasis on business outcomes and industry best practices.

Qualifications

• At least eight (8) years of SAP FICO experience with at least three (3) full-life cycle projects.
• Expertise in SAP solution design and development.
• Excellent knowledge of Finance business processes.
• Team-lead experience.
• Flexibility and adaptability - able to work from design to hands-on configuration.
• Thorough client services orientation and ability to execute engagements and project plans.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to present and write at publication-quality level.
• A 4-year degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architect, and deploy SAP FICO solutions.
• Facilitate business process reviews and document end-to-end requirements.
• Design and configure SAP FICO functions and integrate with other modules.
• Identify opportunities to improve client competitiveness using industry best practices.
• Advise on industry trends and their impact on clients.
• Lead consultants and client personnel in SAP FICO implementations.
• Lead analysis/design sessions to define client requirements.
• Manage design and development of customized SAP reports.
• Provide technical support and training as required.
• Assist with scoping engagements and developing proposals.
