Job summary

Tenthpin is seeking talented SAP FI/CO consultants with a specialization in Controlling to join our client-facing team in the USA. You will work on S/4HANA transformation projects, aligning technology with business objectives and serving as a trusted advisor to clients.

This hybrid, USA-based role requires at least two full SAP FI/CO project lifecycles, German and English fluency, and a passion for delivering value in life sciences and regulated industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 full SAP FI/CO project lifecycles in an S/4HANA environment with Design to Delivery responsibility.
• Strong understanding of financial and controlling processes and how they interconnect.
• Knowledge of SAP CO integration with Sales & Distribution, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.
• Fluency in German and English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to implement SAP systems and deliver best-practice CO solutions.
• Lead design, build, test, and deployment phases for SAP CO within S/4HANA.
• Thrive in multi-language, multicultural, and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Contribute to R&D initiatives and co-innovations with Lifesciences organisations.
• Engage with Tenthpin Community and support delivery excellence for high-tier clients.
