Job summary

ABB is looking for a qualified analyst to bridge technical IS environments with business processes in the U.S. The role focuses on SAP data mining, reporting, and master data maintenance, enabling data-driven decisions for IS solutions and services.

The candidate will translate requirements for projects, support continual service improvement, and utilize SAP and Excel skills to ensure data integrity in a fast-paced environment. Remote work within the U.S. is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years of relevant experience or an Associate's Degree with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Demonstrated data integrity and attention to detail; fluent English written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• SAP Data Mining and Business Warehouse reporting.
• Provide business analysis and support decisions for IS solutions/services.
• Collect and translate requirements for projects into specifications for delivery teams.
• Apply business processes knowledge to align IS solutions with activities.
• Maintain SAP Master Data.
