Curtiss-Wright Corporation is seeking an SAP Data Migration Lead to drive data migration strategy, data cleansing, and complex ETL work across SAP environments. This remote US role focuses on delivering data migration solutions with a collaborative IT and business-ownership approach.

You will lead data mapping, extraction, transformation, and loading using SAP Data Services, S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, and LSMW, coordinating with SAP and business teams to meet critical deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience translating business requirements into SAP technical specs.
• 10+ years using ETL in data migrations and SAP environments.
• Knowledge of SAP Data Services, LSMW, and migration tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop data migration strategy and execution plan for complex data loads.
• Lead data mapping, data cleansing, and ETL design activities.
• Coordinate with BPO, SAP Functional Leads, and SAP Technical teams to define scope and deadlines.
• Develop data mock plans, MOCK data loads, and dashboards for monitoring.
• Create and maintain Data Conversion and Data Catalog documents.
• Report migration progress to leadership and stakeholders.
