Job summary

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC seeks an experienced SAP FICO Consultant with 10+ years of SAP CO expertise to lead costing initiatives in a manufacturing setting. You will focus on Sales Order Costing, Production Order Costing, Product Costing and CO-PA, and collaborate with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and IT to deliver scalable SAP CO solutions.

You will drive testing, documentation, configuration, and deployment of CO changes, and optimize integration with FI, SD, MM and PP in a dynamic

Qualifications

10+ years of SAP experience with deep SAP CO knowledge.
Hands-on SAP CO professional understanding both financial and operational sides of manufacturing.
Strong experience in Sales Order Costing and Production Order Costing.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP CO functional support, enhancements, and projects.
Provide expert-level support for Sales Order Costing, including costing strategies and integration with SD.
Manage Production Order Costing, including planned/actual costs, variances, settlements, and integration with PP.
Support Product Costing / Standard Costing, BOM/routing integration, and cost rollups.
Design, implement, and support CO-PA (Profitability Analysis).
Support Product Cost by Order, Cost Center Accounting, Internal Orders, and Profit Center Accounting.
Analyze costing and profitability issues and perform root-cause troubleshooting.
Partner with manufacturing and finance teams to improve costing, profitability, and reporting.
