Job summary
Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a SAP FICO Consultant with a minimum of 10 years of SAP experience focusing on Controlling (CO) in a manufacturing environment. You will work on Sales Order Costing, Production Order Costing, Product Costing, and CO-PA, collaborating with Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and IT teams.
The role requires hands-on SAP CO expertise, ability to analyze complex requirements, troubleshoot issues, design solutions, and drive CO initiatives from concept
Qualifications
- 10+ years of SAP experience with strong hands-on SAP CO experience.
- Deep expertise in Sales Order Costing, Production Order Costing, Product Costing and CO-PA.
- Strong integration knowledge across CO, FI, SD, MM and PP.
Responsibilities
- Lead SAP CO functional support, enhancements, and projects.
- Provide expert-level support for Sales Order Costing with costing strategies, configuration, analysis, and integration with SD.
- Manage and support Production Order Costing, including planned/actual costs, variances, settlements, and PP integration.
- Support Product Costing / Standard Costing, cost estimates, BOM/routing integration, and cost rollups.
- Design, implement, and support CO-PA (Profitability Analysis), including characteristics and allocations.
- Lead CO testing, documentation, configuration, and deployment of CO changes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and better financial visibility.
