KinderCare is seeking an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead architectural design across B2C and B2B platforms. You will establish standards, govern integrations, and ensure scalable, secure solutions aligned with business strategy.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Enterprise Architecture to translate requirements into effective designs, balance declarative vs code-based approaches, and manage technical debt while guiding teams toward KinderCare's enterprise

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience

Mansioni

Define and govern Salesforce architecture standards, data models, security and sharing
Lead architecture reviews and create design documentation for current and future state
Establish Salesforce Flow standards and guide declarative vs programmatic decisions
Oversee Boomi/Salesforce integration architecture, APIs, authentication, error handling
Monitor platform health, governor limits, data volumes, and technical debt
Partner with Engineering on environment strategy, source control, and testing, mentoring teams
