Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Salesforce Quality Assurance tester to ensure quality and reliability of Salesforce-based solutions. You will design and execute testing strategies across functional, integration, regression, and acceptance testing within an Agile environment.

The role emphasizes test automation, collaboration with development and business teams, and continuous improvement of testing efficiency. This is a fully remote position open to candidates nationwide in the United States.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of professional testing experience.
• Advanced knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices.
• Strong experience with test case design, defect management, functional, regression, integration, and acceptance testing.
• Experience in Agile teams and collaboration with stakeholders.
• Ability to create test scenarios reflecting business requirements and mapping documentation.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce clouds, configurations, objects, automations, and deployment processes.
• Understanding of test automation frameworks, tools, and practices is preferred.
• U.S. citizenship is required and ability to obtain a U.S. Government Public Trust designation.

Responsibilities

• Drive QA activities across Salesforce solutions by planning and improving testing practices.
• Develop and execute functional, integration, regression, and acceptance tests.
• Create detailed test scenarios and cases aligned with requirements and mapping.
• Validate Salesforce integrations and critical business workflows.
• Assess Salesforce configurations, environments, and deployment processes during testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the lifecycle.
• Collaborate with developers, product, and business teams in Agile delivery.
• Promote test automation initiatives with appropriate tools and frameworks.
• Improve test cycles, coverage, and QA efficiency.
• Monitor quality metrics and KPIs; provide insights for continuous improvement.
