Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to design, develop, and implement robust Salesforce solutions. You will work across Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Flow, ensuring seamless integration with AWS services and other critical systems.

The role emphasizes security, data integrity, and best practices, with collaboration across cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. A strong background in Sales/Service Cloud and DevOps tooling is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Developer experience.
• Proven experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of AWS platform development preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce declarative tools.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing settings.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST/SOAP) and integration patterns.
• Familiarity with version control (GitHub) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required; Platform Developer II is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Flow).
• Implement declarative customizations like objects, fields, rules, Flows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems (REST/SOAP, batch jobs).
• Perform data migrations and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in all SDLC phases including deployment and support.
• Adhere to Salesforce best practices, security guidelines, and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and provide ongoing maintenance for Salesforce.
