Job summary

Canonical is hiring a Salesforce Administrator to join the Business Systems team. The role is remote within the EMEA region, focusing on NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.

You will collaborate across engineering and operations to implement processes and ensure system compliance, with travel as needed. The ideal candidate has experience with CRM/ERP systems, strong English communication, and a track record of delivering results.

Qualifications

• Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or other CRM/ERP systems.
• Professional written and spoken English with excellent presentation skills.
• Track record of going above-and-beyond expectations to achieve outstanding results.
• Ability to travel internationally twice a year, for company events up to two weeks long.
• Exceptional academic track record from both high school and university.

Responsibilities

• Develop engineering solutions in NetSuite, Salesforce, and other business systems.
• Collaborate with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews.
• Learn Canonical business processes.
• Coach, mentor, and offer career development feedback (depending on seniority).
• Develop and evangelize great engineering and organizational practices.
