Job summary

Algoleap Technologies Inc is seeking a Salesforce/MuleSoft Support Engineer to join the application and integration support team. This fully remote role delivers hands-on production support for Salesforce CRM, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform, APIs, integrations, and data flows.

You will troubleshoot incidents, monitor performance, and assist with deployments while ensuring security and change management compliance in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in application support, integration support, Salesforce administration, or MuleSoft support.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM administration, including users, profiles, reports, dashboards, and data quality.
• Familiarity with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform components.
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, OAuth, and security concepts.
• Experience troubleshooting data transformations, API errors, and batch jobs.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day production support for Salesforce CRM and MuleSoft issues, including triage, troubleshooting, resolution, and escalation.
• Troubleshoot API, integration, data transformation, authentication, connectivity, and application issues across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and connected systems.
• Monitor MuleSoft applications, APIs, queues, logs, and integration performance for reliability and timely resolution.
• Support Salesforce administration: users, profiles, permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, flows, validations, and config updates.
• Analyze failed transactions, data sync issues, API errors, and batch failures; coordinate corrective actions with teams.
• Assist deployment support, release validation, regression testing, and post-production verification for Salesforce and MuleSoft changes.
• Create and maintain support docs, runbooks, knowledge articles, issue logs, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with vendors, business users, developers, and infra teams to resolve issues and improve support processes.
• Ensure changes comply with security, audit, and change management policies.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements and automation opportunities.
