Job summary

Smart4 Cloud is seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to design and optimize Health Cloud solutions for healthcare clients in New Jersey. This contract engagement supports remote, hybrid, or in-office work with flexible durations of 3, 6, or 12 months.

You'll translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce architectures, lead data models, integrations, and automation, and collaborate with stakeholders across Health Cloud and Core CRM.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience designing and implementing Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.
• Strong understanding of healthcare processes and data flows.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable architectures and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable Salesforce Health Cloud architectures and solutions.
• Translate healthcare business requirements into Salesforce architecture.
• Lead data models, integrations, workflows and automation.
• Work across Health Cloud, Core CRM and broader Salesforce ecosystems.
• Review existing implementations and identify architectural improvements.
• Establish best practices around security, governance, data and scalability.
• Collaborate with business, technical and Salesforce stakeholders.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce Health Cloud experience.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data models, objects, Flows and automation.
• Experience designing Salesforce integrations and data flows.
• Understanding of healthcare / patient / provider / care-management processes.
• Strong stakeholder communication and technical documentation skills.
