Job summary

Sertus Partners is a woman-owned, minority-owned consulting practice specializing in Salesforce, Tableau, Snowflake, and AI-enabled solutions for nonprofits and foundations. We seek an Integration Consultant to design and deliver Salesforce integrations with grantmaking systems for nonprofit clients.

The role is a direct 1099 engagement, approx. 20 hours per week, fully remote, with overlapping 9am-5pm ET for client meetings.

Qualifications

• Personally built and delivered production integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems.
• Strong Salesforce integration fundamentals including external IDs, upserts, and API limits.
• Ability to evaluate unfamiliar APIs and test what they support before design decisions.
• Experience designing data mappings across systems with different object models.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements and refine high-level solution design with Sertus team and client grantmaking process.
• Design architecture for Foundant to Salesforce integration; define sync direction and frequency.
• Build end-to-end integrations; create mappings across organizations, contacts, applications, grants, payments, and related records.
• Develop testing plans for workflows, edge cases, and high-volume scenarios; ensure maintainability and security.
