TruSummit Solutions, a 100% Salesforce-focused consulting partner, seeks a Junior Salesforce Consultant. You will design and deliver Salesforce solutions, collaborating with experienced consultants and client stakeholders to tackle real business challenges.

This role an ideal entry point for a Salesforce career, offering growth in functional, technical, and client-facing skills. You will support lifecycle activities from discovery through deployment and gradually assume more ownership.

Qualifications

• 1 year of professional experience with Salesforce, CRM technology, or related area.
• Foundational understanding of Salesforce platform and core capabilities.
• Experience or exposure to Salesforce configuration and declarative automation.
• Ability to translate business processes into clear requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Participate in requirements sessions and translate business needs into Salesforce requirements and user stories.
• Support design, configuration, testing, and implementation under guidance of senior staff.
• Configure Salesforce using declarative tools (objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards).
• Document business processes, requirements, designs, configurations, and user guides.
• Support UAT including test-case development and issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to improve and automate client processes using Salesforce.
• Communicate progress with client stakeholders and internal teams.
