Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced Salesforce FSC & Integration Solution Architect to design scalable FSC solutions for Banking and Financial Services. The role covers architecture, integration strategy, stakeholder engagement, and technical leadership.

This remote position is open to qualified applicants in Boston, MA. Visa transfer or sponsorship is not available now or in the future; strong communication and mentoring skills are essential to lead teams and drive solutions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 7+ years in Salesforce and 3+ years FSC/OmniStudio architecture.
• Experience with OmniStudio components (OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures).
• Experience Cloud expertise and integration patterns (REST/SOAP, MuleSoft, Platform Events).
• Proficient in Apex, LWC, Flow; CI/CD tooling (Copado, Jira, Confluence).
• Security, governance, DevOps, release management best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end Salesforce FSC solutions leveraging FSC, OmniStudio, Experience Cloud, and integration frameworks.
• Lead architecture workshops and translate business requirements into scalable designs.
• Architect FSC solutions using Households, Financial Accounts, Relationships, Referrals, and Client Profiles.
• Design OmniStudio solutions with OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Define enterprise integration patterns using REST APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events; enable event-driven architecture.
• Establish security, governance, and release management best practices; provide technical leadership and mentorship.
