As a Salesforce CRM specialist, you will optimize configuration, integrations, and dashboards to create a world-class customer experience. You will collaborate across departments to streamline processes and scale our data ecosystem using tools like Boomi, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Netsuite.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience configuring Salesforce CRM (custom objects, page layouts, validations, flows, reports, dashboards, integrations).
• Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, batch Apex, Lightning components.
• Familiarity with marketing automation, subscription billing, and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and optimize Salesforce CRM to improve customer experience.
• Collaborate across departments to scale data and system usage.
• Work with technology stack including Boomi, Salesforce Commerce Cloud to integrate processes.
