Job summary

You will gather requirements, drive process improvements, and ensure successful delivery of Salesforce-based solutions aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include gathering requirements, refining user stories in Jira, facilitating Product Owner reviews, and leading UAT with business users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce
• Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Experience in UAT planning and execution
• Strong documentation and process-mapping skills

Responsibilities

• Bridge gap between business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
• Gather and refine requirements through bi-weekly collaboration sessions with business stakeholders.
• Create clear user stories in Jira and align with business objectives.
• Lead Product Owner reviews to validate requirements and obtain formal acceptance.
• Maintain comprehensive user and product documentation to support adoption.
• Lead business process mapping to identify gaps and optimization opportunities.
• Act as liaison between business and development teams for delivery.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business users.
