Job summary

Yudrio, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to support a federal government program on a remote basis. You will maintain and optimize the Salesforce platform, manage users, security, data quality, and deliver reporting to support mission outcomes.

The role requires US citizenship, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance. You will collaborate with stakeholders and developers to implement scalable, compliant solutions and provide end-user training.

Qualifications

• Must be a US citizen.
• Bachelor's degree at minimum.
• Must pass a federal background investigation including financial history review.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance.
• Experience managing users, security models, workflows, reports, dashboards, and data management processes.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and best practices.
• Experience supporting government or highly regulated environments.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, roles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security controls.
• Configure and support Salesforce applications, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, page layouts, and custom objects.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business and program reporting needs.
• Perform data imports, exports, cleansing, deduplication, and data quality management activities.
• Troubleshoot system issues, investigate user-reported problems, and provide timely resolution.
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and implement Salesforce solutions that improve efficiency and user experience.
• Support system testing, release management, and deployment activities.
• Maintain documentation, standard operating procedures, and system configurations.
• Ensure compliance with federal security, privacy, and governance requirements.
• Provide end-user training and ongoing platform support.
