Job summary

Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to ensure reliable operation of Salesforce and related systems, manage upgrades, and maintain production and non-production environments. This 100% remote role allows work from approved states with a focus on data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED).
• Experience with data import/export, data cleansing, and data quality best practices.
• Experience partnering with matrixed environments, SCRUM/Kanban teams.
• Experience with relational databases and data structures.

Responsibilities

• Install and test Salesforce patch upgrades and configuration changes to provide a stable environment.
• Manage data integrity and cleanliness within Salesforce; perform imports/exports and enforce data quality.
• Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and configurations in Salesforce.
• Ensure health and performance of applications and infrastructure.
• Maintain backup/restore services.
• Collaborate with developers and operations to resolve technical issues.
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Provide ongoing user support and troubleshoot issues for Salesforce.
• Configure and customize Salesforce to meet requirements (objects, fields, workflows, validation rules).
• Design workflow automation, approvals, and escalations to improve processes.
