Job summary

Catholic Energies is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to own the CRM that runs our solar, energy-efficiency, and reforestation projects for Catholic dioceses, parishes, religious orders, and schools across the U.S. You will manage data, integrations, and workflows end-to-end, shaping how they evolve.

Location: Remote (Washington, DC-based) with occasional travel. Type: Part-time (20-25 hrs/week) or contract, with potential to grow. Reports to: Executive Director. Compensation: $65/hour.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM 201) with 3+ years of production experience.
• Hands-on with Flow, custom objects, relationships, permission sets, reports, and dashboards.
• Nonprofit Salesforce experience: Nonprofit Cloud, NPSP, or PMDM.
• Experience with Data Loader or Data Import Wizard, SOQL, deduplication, and large cleanups.
• Able to document builds clearly and train others; self-directed owner.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce org end-to-end, users, profiles, permission sets, security, releases, and sandbox management.
• Maintain data model including custom objects, relationships, and a 21-stage project pipeline on Opportunity.
• Build and maintain Flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards for leadership.
• Oversee integrations with Node.js middleware, external systems, and API permissions.
